NPD group ได้เปิดรายชื่อวิดีโอเกมที่ขายดีที่สุดในเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2020 ในสหรัฐอเมริกา โดยทาง NPD ติดตามยอดขายจากผู้ค้าปลีกและรับข้อมูลการขายดิจิทัล แต่ยังไม่รวมทั้งหมด เพราะบางรายยังไม่ยอมเปิดตัวยอดขายผ่านระบบดาวน์โหลด
โดยเกมอันดับ 1 ได้แก่เกม Call of Duty: Black Ops: Cold War ส่วน Spiderman ที่ออกทั้ง PS4 PS5 ขายได้ อันดับสาม ส่วนเกม Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity ที่เพิ่งเปิดตัวของ Nintendo คว้าอันดับที่ 6 และปู่นินยังมีเกมขายดีทั้ง Mario Kart 8: Deluxe กลับมาอยู่ใน 20 อันดับแรกอีกครั้งตามด้วย Animal Crossing: New Horizons ที่ยังคงเดินหน้าขายดีทั้ง ๆ ที่วางขายมานานแล้ว
