14 สิงหาคม 2557– dtac Accelerate ประสบความสำเร็จช่วยผลักดันทีมสตาร์ทอัพที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ หาแหล่งระดมทุนให้ทีมบริษัท Anywhere to go ผู้ก่อตั้ง “เคลม ดิ” ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในแอพพลิเคชั่นที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกเข้าร่วมโครงการ dtac Accelerate ได้รับเงินทุนเริ่มต้น จาก venture capital รายใหญ่ เช่น 500startup และ Golden Gate Venture รวมถึงนักลงทุนแนวหน้า เช่น ไมค์ ปราสาท (Mike Prasad), ทาเคชิ อิบาร่า (Takeshi Ebihara) , รีไบรท์ พาร์ทเนอร์ (Rebright Partner) , แซมเมอร์ คาเร็ม (Samer Karam) , อลิซ ทอมมี่ เชียร์( Alice Tommy Chia), ซุปเปอร์ เอซเสซ เวนเจอร์ (Super Aces Ventures) ,ราวี อกราวาล (Ravi Agarwal) และ เอนเกจสปาร์ค (engageSpark)
ความสนใจในการลงทุนครั้งนี้ เกิดจากการที่ dtac Accelerate และ เทเลนอร์ ดิจิทัล รวมถึง Co-Sponsor หลัก เช่น สำนักงานส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมซอฟต์แวร์แห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ SIPA และ บริษัท สามารถ มัลติมีเดีย จำกัด จัดงาน Geeks on a plane เชิญนักลงทุนผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยี ผู้ประกอบการ และ ผู้ทรงอิทธิพลทางด้านนี้ จากทั่วโลกมายังประเทศไทย ซึ่งทีม anywhere to go ได้มีโอกาสนำเสนอผลงานท่ามกลางนักลงทุนเหล่านี้ เมื่อวันที่ 18 กรกฎาคม ที่ผ่านมา
นายแอนดริว กวาลเซท ผู้อำนวยการอาวุโสฝ่าย Corporate Strategy and Business Innovation ดีแทค กล่าวว่า “ เราตื่นเต้นมากที่ Anywhere to go หรือผู้พัฒนาแอพ เคลม ดิ ได้รับเงินลงทุนจากบริษัทลงทุนระดับต้นๆ (top VCs )และ นักลงทุนอิสระ (angel investors) อย่าง 500startup และ Golden Gate Venture รวมถึงนักลงทุนชั้นนำ ซึ่งจะทำหน้าที่เป็นหุ้นส่วนทางกลยุทธ์สำคัญเพื่อช่วยให้ เคลม ดี เติบโตได้อย่างรวดเร็วในตลาดอื่นๆในเอเชีย มูลค่าของ anywhere to go เพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 3 เท่าภายในสองเดือนระหว่าง bootcamp ถึงแม้ว่า bootcamp จะยังไม่จบลงก็ตาม นี่คือสิ่งยืนยันว่าโครงการ dtac Accelerateสามารถผลักดัน Startup ให้ประสบความสำเร็จในการทำธุรกิจได้ตามเจตนารมณ์ที่ตั้งไว้

นาย Khailee Ng หุ้นส่วนนักลงทุนของ 500 startup ของภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ กล่าวว่า “แอพพลิเคชั่น เคลม ดิ เป็นทีมที่ เราเล็งเห็นความสามารถ ในการทำตลาด โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งตอนนี้ได้มีการตกลงทำธุรกิจกับบริษัทประกันแล้ว 40% และยังได้รับการสนับสนุนและการันตีคุณภาพและผลงานของทีมโดยคุณกระทิง ผู้อำนวยการโครงการ dtac Accelerate อย่างเต็มที่ ทำให้เรามั่นใจว่า เคลม ดิ จะเริ่มต้นได้อย่างสดใสและก้าวขึ้นเป็นแอพพลิเคชั่นที่ยิ่งใหญ่ในภูมิภาคนี้ ”
“เคลม ดิ” เป็นแอพพลิเคชั่นบนโทรศัพท์มือถือที่ให้ผู้ใช้สามารถทำการเคลมประกันได้ ณ จุดเกิดเหตุภายใน 15 นาที และช่วยประหยัดเวลาได้มากถึง 90% ประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายบริษัทประกันลง 80% และลดการโกงได้ 100% เคลมดีเป็นแอพพลิเคชั่นที่ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นมาโดยบริษัท Anywhere to go ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทที่ถูกก่อตั้งมาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านไอทีและอุตสาหกรรมประกัน และตอนนี้ก็อยู่ภายใต้โครงการ dtac Accelerate ปัจจุบันโครงการdtac Accelerate อยู่ในระหว่างบูธแคมป์ เดือนที่ 3 และจะจบลงด้วยเดมโม เดย์ (DEMO Day) ในวันที่ 19 สิงหาคม 2557

dtac delighted to push “Claim Di” to global success, receiving funding from 500 Startups following “Geeks on a Plane” tour
August 14, 2014 – dtac Accelerate is successful in landing Anywhere to Go, the developer of “Claim Di”, investments from top venture capital firms, including 500 Startups, Golden Gate Ventures, and investors such as Mike Prasad, Takeshi Ebihara , Rebright Partner, Samer Karam, Alice Tommy Chia, Super Aces Ventures, Ravi Agarwal, and engageSpark.
Investment interest came from the dtac Accelerate program, organized by dtac and Telenor, along with co-sponsors the Software Industry Promotion Agency (Public Organization) or SIPA and Samart Multimedia Co.,Ltd., brought “Geeks on a Plane”, which invited investors, technology experts, entrepreneurs, and influencers from around the world to Thailand. Anywhere to Go had an opportunity to present their product in front of those investors on July 18.
Andrew Kvalseth, Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Business Innovation of dtac, said, “We are extremely exited to see Anywhere to Go, the developer of Claim Di, receive investments from top VCs and angel investors, such as 500 Startups, Golden Gate Ventures, and investors who will act as strategic partners to help expand Claim Di into other markets in Asia. The value of Anywhere to Go has increased 3 times within 2 months of the bootcamp that has not even ended yet. This is an evidence that dtac Acclerate has successfully helped startups achieve their business goals.

“Claim Di” is a mobile application for car owners to make car accident claim right at the accident scene within 15 minutes – shortening the time by 90%, saving accident claim cost by 80%, and reducing claim frauds by 100%. Claim Di is developed by Anywhere to Go, which is a company founded by experts in IT and insurance fields. The team is currently working through the 3rd month of the bootcamp of the dtac Accelerate program, which will be concluded on Demo Day on August 19, 2014.
